JOB TITLE: Project Architect

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

INTRODUCTION

Xenia is a full services real estate services firm that specializes in the development and management of facilities occupied by the federal government.  With over 1 million square feet under management, we provide the depth and experience offered by large national firms in a boutique setting. We are currently looking for a new Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is a talented, highly motivated architect with experience working in the civic, and general office market sectors. The ideal candidate should be able to develop conceptual drawings and manage his team of engineers and take the project through permitting and construction.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years (minimum).

EDUCATION: Bachelors of Architecture

LICENSURE: Florida Licensed Architect Preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to design specifications, applicable codes, constructability & contractual compliance
• Produce conceptual plans, renderings and documents
• Prepare permitting & construction documents
• Help develop and lead collaborative multidiscipline teams
• Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for projects
• All other duties as assigned.
