The ideal candidate is a talented, highly motivated architect with experience working in the civic, and general office market sectors. The ideal candidate should be able to develop conceptual drawings and manage his team of engineers and take the project through permitting and construction.

We are currently looking for a Director of Leasing who will be responsible for all leasing activities across the company’s real estate portfolio.

As a team leader, this individual will strive to maximize each asset’s value by developing and implementing annual leasing goals and objectives. You will direct and oversee third-party leasing agents and directly negotiate lease renewals. This position will work predominantly out of the firm’s corporate office but requires occasional on-site and overnight travel.
