Xenia Management Corporation was established in 1988 as a small real estate development and property management company.

We have since increased our real estate portfolio to include properties throughout Florida and Tennessee. Xenia has over one million leasable square feet available for government, office, retail, medical, and industrial use.  Our current suite of services includes leasing, acquisition, development, asset management, and LEED consulting services.
